Worship Setlist – January 13: Jesus, Jesus, Jesus…all about Jesus!
We had yet another great weekend in worship at Sunridge! Our guest speaker was author and pastor Denny Bellesi who wrote the Kingdom Assignment. What we apparent was how much Jesus we had in our worship singing and sermon. Really, in our day when people in Christendom even question the need for the name of Jesus to be known it is important to express in our worship the primary thing we are: followers of Jesus!
One funny moment was when Denny found my talking Yoda doll tucked near
a monitor speaker. He picked it up and quipped, “inspiration for the worship team?” Love it!
Here are the songs from today:
- This is Our God – Chris Tomlin
- Everything Glorious – David Crowder
- Majestic – Lincoln Brewster
- Matchless – Aaron Shust
- Your Name – Paul Baloche/Glen Packium
How was your worship weekend?

It was awesome. I didn’t play or sing this weekend. But there is something different about our services this year already. Our pastor was even talking about stepping down from leading worship starting April because things finally seem to be going the right direction. God is doing something aweome.
I did Everything Glorious yesterday, too. It went over well.
But that’s all she wrote, bro. I’ve got some free time…so some free lunch may be in order…I’ll let you pay
It was my first day back at church after my knee surgery 3 1/2 weeks ago. I wasn’t singing/leading – but it was fabulous to be back and to worship again with my church family. My cup was filled once again – something I desperately needed. I could feel the Spirit moving me and calling me to action. I am looking forward to getting back with the team…rehearsal is tonight and I can’t wait!
Yoda simply must find his way onto the stage every week. Did any muppet ever speak such wisdom as the mighty green one????
re-word your blog a bit I must.
Another great weekend in worship we had.
“Yoda, inspiration for the worship team he is?”
Seriously though, enough Yoda speak, I love worshipping with you Rich.
See ya Thursday
That Tomlin song love I!
