Self humiliation- week 1: challenge begins
Carlos at Ragamuffinsoul.com is doing a challenge (Ragamuffinsoul Top Challenge). I am getting fat. I gained about 20 pounds since moving. My measurable goal is to fit into this shirt that should fit me–perhaps ending up at about 195 lbs. I hope to fit into it, going from a large to medium. If I do, I have a whole closet of cool shirts I can wear again! My son Ethan is helping me with this, as you can see in the video.
