Worship Recap and Setlist: August 10

RECAP: Denny Bellesi was our guest speaker today and brought it home with a message from the life of Esther in the Bible.  Our service was a bit long, however no one seemed to mind.  In the summer, it amazes me to still feel the momentum of our worship expression seem to thrive and our messages, even with guests, to be solid and inspiring.

Set list: This week we introduced a new Lincoln Brewster song, “Today is the Day” and did it as a closer.  It worked very well with the message and punctuated a great thought to leave with.

  • Let God Arise–Chris Tomlin, Ed Cash, and Jesse Reeves
  • Everlasting God–Brenton Brown, Ken Riley
  • Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)–Traditional/Chris Tomlin, Tomlin,  Edwin Othello Excell,  John Newton, John P. Rees, Louie Giglio
  • Black and Blue is My Heart–Rich Kirkpatrick
  • All We Need–Charlie Hall
  • Today is The Day–Lincoln Brewster, Paul Baloche

How was your worship weekend?  What did you learn?
