Video: Me and my daughter leading worship “You Gave Your Life Away”

This video was taken last month and is as raw as live can get.  I have no voice in this recording, but my daughter Emilie surely helped me carry this song and the service that day.  I thought I would keep the worship prayer transition on there to lead into the song.  It was off-the-cuff.  My mom and wife’s mom sure will be happy with this post, but maybe some of you need to hear the message of this great song "You Gave Your Life Away" by Paul Baloche and Kathryn Scott. 

Yes…He did give us everything…His very life!

    Rich, this is beautiful. As soon as Emilie came in, it brought tears to my eyes. I have a 15 year old son that plays guitar, sings and I’m a vocalist. We lead worship together so I’m really partial to these precious moments…Thank you so much for sharing this powerful video.

    Thanks so much for the encouragement. Emilie now has braces and started high school. Her mom and I are just PROUD to see her walk with God and use and grow her gifts. She might be like a Vicky Beeching when she grows up. :)

    thank you for this beautiful music. i’m up feeding my six-week-old daughter and doing our nightly blog reading. i got to yours from crystal’s. when i played your music, evalana calmed right down, so we watched it a few times. i pray that as she gets older, she’ll seek God and be able to share His love with people. it looks like Emilie does a wonderful job of that.
