I must say that I love having a partner in leading. It is great to be able to be off the stage and watch my team in worship, it also gives me fresh perspective to be a part of the congregation every other weekend. One of the benefits I really enjoy is it allows me to kind of play a Paul Schaffer Role in the band. I can focus on what I'm doing on keys solely and also pay more attention to the rest of the band. I had one of our female vocalists lead Hosanna yesterday. It definitely brings freshness to the mix, instead of just me all the time. I get tired of myself. Great set.
