Newest smart-phone is T-Mobile’s G1 running Google Android: Do you own a smart-phone?

The T-Mobile G1 is gonna give the iPhone a possible run the money.  It copies a lot of what the iPhone does–and without the annoying touch screen typing.  It has a pull-out keyboard.

Do you have a smart-phone?  If so, which one.

    No I have a stupid phone. Would like to own a smart phone but I’m locked in for another 10 months!! I hope to be “smart” someday.

    It looks pretty sweet. I’m considering it even though I really want an iPhone and don’t mind the touch screen typing. But for now I have a Blackberry Pearl

    Vince… you are hilarious Mr. Open Source! ;) I cannot wait for my 2-year contract to run out when the G1 becomes something better than the iPhone. I can wait. :)

    Oh man…I so need to talk to you, since you’ve made the journey from TREO to iphone. You don’t know me, but I’ve been following (and enjoying) your blog for a month or so. I have had a TREO for nearly 3 years…first a 650…now a 700P. I have tons of apps and use the thing constantly. Yet I’ve been seriously tempted by the iphone, but just don’t know if I can give up some of the stuff my TREO gives me. So maybe God will let our paths cross some day, and I’ll pick your brain.

    Doug… We can at least cross digitally here ;) . OK, three years of Treo 700p now I am happy to move to the iPhone. The downside is the typing. The upside is the amount of applications available for free and the Mobile Me and Email function. As an actual phone, it is not as good since I miss Sprint and the customer service they had.

    No smart phone……..even if I got one for free……and the service plan were free, not sure I would use it.

    Dude, I still have the same phone from my senior year in high school. At the time I thought my phone was all techie because it had texting features and a color screen. Ooh!

    I used to own a Treo. Now I use HTC Diamond. Love it!
