Worship Recap & Setlist May 3, ’09 #sundaysetlists

Recap: This Sunday we had communion and baptisms. Communion was led by Britt Sipe who used the analogy of a the memories music triggers to our ritual of communion. Greg preached about how God will indeed judge Christians–a very interesting perspective about the role of works in the life of the Christian. You MUST download the podcast on this one, folks! Our baptisms at the end included 3 people in each service for a total of 6. Hearing people who have no church background take a step is an awesome thing to see!

Set list: This week we interspersed music with our mode of communion being passed and taken in unison.

  • Everybody Praise the Lord (prelude) – Lincoln Brewster
  • Salvation Is Here – Hillsongs United
  • Marvelous Light – Charlie Hall (Passion)
  • Your Love Oh Lord – Third Day
  • Nothing But the Blood – Matt Redman
  • How Beautiful the Blood – Fee
