Worship Recap & Set List – VIDEO: June 14, 2009

Recap: Baptisms were a sweet sight at the end of each service this past Sunday. When people take a step to follow Jesus more deeply and make that public its a win for the whole church! And, it reminds me of why I do what I do as a pastor–being a part of encouraging those steps.

We broke in a brand new drummer, Bob. He basically learned drums to be our back up drummer and blew me and the team away. Thanks Bob! This is an example to me of the heart of Sunridge people and our worship team. These people love Jesus and are committed to doing their part.

Our service seemed to flow well and had a different feel than usual. It was quite a passionate set list.

      Thanks Fred! I appreciate that. My complaint about the video is that there is one angle that makes me look pretty stout–like my shirt could be a tent for a whole platoon!

        Rich, I understand your issue with the camera angle. My issue is that I missed a few notes on the Lincoln song. Oh well Up there to participate in worship. I cant be perfect right. I hate when I miss a few notes though. I am not wired to settle.

        I look a little puffy too!
