It is good to change up and not get in a rut, in my opinion. You can go back 6-weeks on my videos and see how much I have changed up. I almost always lead from the keyboard. I've had people tell me that I should try to get out in front of the people more, that it would be easier to connect with them if I'm not behind the keyboard all the time. But, that's where I feel the most comfortable - I feel so exposed when I'm just leading with a mic; also that I can't lead the band as well w/o the keyboard. Do you have any of those same challenges, or what are your thoughts on that? Rich,
