Sometimes, like Paul and Barnabus, strategic and relational decisions for the greater good have to be made. That might mean leaving one group to start a new church. 		<description>I know what you are getting at I think, but the only part I didn&#039;t really like was the wording &quot;do we overly value relationship.&quot;  Overvalue status quo, absolutely.  But I&#039;m not sure you can ever overly value relationships.  Relationship is what life is all about.

That being said, I would agree that you can&#039;t avoid change cause it might piss someone off.  Then their just stupid. ;)</description>
