Yeah the whole concept behind this post is getting to the heart of the worshiper. Whether they are in a position of leadership within the church and more specifically in charge of the general worship production or a congregant of the church, or visitor for that matter. Whoever is participating in worship should be doing it for God not for whether they like the mix or not. This comes as a bit of a hard point for any Christian as well… everybody struggles with wanting things done their way, including myself.
haha Con, I felt your pain on the senior teaching pastor bit. Too many times did I have to deal with a teaching pastor trying to educate volunteers on a sound/light/video/switch/technology in general board who never used it himself.
