Over 20 years as a professional musician and creative leader, Rich worked as an associate pastor, ministry division manager, church planter, communications director and worship leader at various churches–from small churches to mega-sized. As a blogger, his bent is to influence fellow creatives and leaders and to help them think strategically with conversations that clarify values, theology and method.
Coaching is something Rich enjoys. Whether its leading worship ministry, creative volunteers or implementing social media in a ministry setting Rich brings his unique experience and knack for conversation to the table in his blogging, podcasting, speaking or at his favorite local coffee shop.
Rich is a native of San Jose, California and married with two kids and currently resides in Murrieta, California.
