Guest blogger: Thinker, blogger & 20-something Zach Tanksley was an intern of mine for several years during my time in Redding, California.
I find it interesting that as we worship we base our thoughts on how a worship service should go based on how the worshiper feels. Do they like it? Is it too loud? Too quiet? The lights to bright or too dim? How many people on the stage become a distraction? Are solos being selfish?
What we seem to stop asking is… Is this pleasing to GOD? Are we offering HIM our best? Is HE the center of our worship or is the tithe plate more important? (more…)
