Self Humiliation PART 5…some progress?

Yes, this is week 5 for me of the Ragamuffin Top Challenge.  The video says it all.

Self humiliation part 4: still holding after a couple weeks away…

This past week I went to the the Saddleback Worship Conference, ate like a pig…not too much to gain, or little enough to lose.  That was my goal.  So, 5 lbs. down still.  This week, however I need step it up.  Can I make it through July 4? (Posted as part of Ragamuffin Top Challenge).

Self Humiliation Part 3: vacation all week, no weight loss…

As you might have read on my blog, I have been on vacation.  While I did not lose any weight, the miracle is that I did well enough to hold even after losing a few pounds last week.  This next week is a challenge in that I am going to a conference and when I hang our with people the food and stuff just gets too tempting.

Self Humilation – WEEK 2: 5 lbs., waffles and a spoiler…

Ethan and I are on video again.  Wait for the possible spoiler in the video.  I almost blew a HUGE surprise, but my son did not even catch it!  Ethan thinks a couple of months and his dad will fit in his medium shirt.
